"Like coming home to Mother, but without the guilt." |
|
That's how one of our guests expressed his appreciation. Another said, "I have stayed in a little hotel in the Alps that could be reached only by a cog railroad. I have spent the night in a room overlooking the Paris skyline. I have lodged in a hotel on the Grand Via in Madrid. But there are three places I had rather be. One is the St. James Hotel, built in 1830 in Selma, Alabama. Another is the St. Francesville Inn in St. Francesville, Louisiana. The third is the Dodge Hill Inn in Eastman, Georgia."
